OUR MISSION

PCC Library provides students, faculty, administrative staff, and other users with
learning resources and services in support of quality education, community
engagement, and evidence-based practice.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  • Develop innovative facilities and services that respond emerging needs of various
    stakeholders.
  • Select library resources for flexible and dynamic curriculum and co-curricular design
    to meet local and global needs.
  • Provide adequate and functional library resources and facilities.
  • Recognize interdisciplinary research capability towards competitiveness.

Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS

Specific Library Rules of Conduct

The PCC Library aims to maintain clean, pleasant, and safe facilities where all individuals can use the library undisturbed. To ensure this, the following rules of conduct apply.


Anyone violating these rules will be warned by library staff. If the conduct continues, the offender will be ordered to leave the premises. In cases of serious or threatening behavior, staff members or security officers have the discretion to expel users without a warning. The library also reserves the right to search bags, briefcases, etc., upon probable cause in suspected criminal situations.
