STEP 1 | REGISTRATION

STEP 2 I SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

✓ Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (2 copies)

✓ Original and photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card (with Learner Reference Number)

✓ Certificate of Junior High School Completion

✓ Certificate of Good Moral Character

✓ Three pieces 2×2 ID Picture (white background)

✓ ESC/QVR Certificate (Private Junior High School completers if applicable)

✓ Certificate of Ranking (For ESBSG applicants only)

Note: Please bring two (2) long folders and brown envelopes

STEP 3 | PAYMENT OF FEES

Reservation Fee: P500.00 (non-refundable)

Proceed to the Accounting Office for onsite payment

Send Validated deposit slip/proof of payment along with student details such as (COMPLETE NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, GRADE LEVEL & STRAND (i.e. Grade 11 – STEM),and the purpose of payment ( i.e. Reservation Fee) via email to accounting@pcc.edu.ph

STEP 4 | CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT

Enrollment status will be sent through email by the Accounting Office.
