PCC Library provides students, faculty, administrative staff, and other users with
learning resources and services in support of quality education, community
engagement, and evidence-based practice.

stakeholders. - Select library resources for flexible and dynamic curriculum and co-curricular design
to meet local and global needs. - Provide adequate and functional library resources and facilities.

LIBRARY HOURS
Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS
- All library materials must be borrowed and checked out properly.
- Silence must be observed at all times.
- Eating is strictly prohibited.
- Group discussions should be conducted at a moderate level.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Entry is allowed only with a valid ID.
- Mobile phones should be on silent mode, and calls should be made and answered outside the library.
- Littering and vandalism are strictly prohibited.
- The library is not liable for the loss of personal belongings.
- Unattended books and articles may be removed from chairs and tables by library staff.
- Library staff has the right to ask users violating rules to leave the premises.
- The library reserves the right to amend rules and regulations as deemed necessary
Specific Library Rules of Conduct
The PCC Library aims to maintain clean, pleasant, and safe facilities where all individuals can use the library undisturbed. To ensure this, the following rules of conduct apply.
Anyone violating these rules will be warned by library staff. If the conduct continues, the offender will be ordered to leave the premises. In cases of serious or threatening behavior, staff members or security officers have the discretion to expel users without a warning. The library also reserves the right to search bags, briefcases, etc., upon probable cause in suspected criminal situations.
- Annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior towards others is not allowed.
- Possession or influence of intoxicating substances on library premises is prohibited.
- Blocking or interfering with the movement of others is not permitted.
- Loitering without using library resources or services is prohibited.
- Vandalism, defacing or destroying library property is strictly prohibited.
- Soliciting funds, gambling, selling, advertising, or petitioning for contributions is prohibited.
- Tampering with library equipment or network is not allowed.
- Bringing firearms, knives, or other weapons into the library is prohibited.
- Violating any college code, city ordinances, or national statutes on library property is not tolerated.
