INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH FORMS
Turnitin Account Request Form
Employees and students may request a Turnitin account by completing the required forms at Research & Exhibit Center. For more information regarding Turnitin accounts, please visit the Research Center.
Turnitin Account Termination Form
Any employee who officially resigns for the institution and students who are not on the official list of enrolled students on the current semester are removed from the database.
External Researcher Application Form
In line with the objectives of Pines City Colleges to promote the conduct of researches for community development, external researchers' accommodation program was established. To acquire the application form, visit the Research 7 Exhibit center or send an email via research@pcc.edu.ph.
Technical And Ethics Review Committee Form
The following are the Technical and Review Committee forms:

2. ERC Form 2 (Research Protocol Ethics Review Form)
3. ERC Form 3 (Informed Consent Assessment Checklist)
4. ERC Form 4 (Notification of Decision)
5. ERC Form 5 (Certification of Approval)

Research Public Presentation Form
Employees and students must complete the research public presentation (RPP) form when presenting their research findings either inside or outside of the institution.
Procedure:
1. The author/s shall accomplish the RPP Form available at the Research Center.
2. The author/s shall submit the accomplished RPP Form together with the research article both in printed and soft copies at the Research Center.
Note: The research article should be in compliance with the required content and format depending on the kind of presentation either by poster, podium/oral, HERDIN, PCC Research Journal, and other means; and as required by the research body concerned.
3. The Research Center shall review the article to confirm compliance with guidelines; and transit the research article as reflected on the RPP form.
4. The author/s should be present during the actual/on-site public oral/podium or poster presentation as applicable or as required.
