Celebrating 55 Years of Excellence: The Founding Anniversary of Pines City Colleges

Pines City Colleges (PCC) marks a significant milestone in 2024 as it celebrates its 55th founding anniversary under the theme “Upholding P.I.N.E.S. at 55: The Key to Empowered Health Professionals.” This theme underscores PCC’s commitment to its five core values, highlighting the importance of ethical behavior and respect in professional interactions. Dedicated to lifelong learning, PCC aims to foster success and make a positive impact on the community by addressing its needs and driving progress. This commitment has resulted in the emergence of numerous skilled healthcare professionals and remarkable achievements from graduates across its various colleges.

Variety Show for a Cause

On October 9, 2024, the PCC hosted an amazing variety show for a cause, displaying talent and community spirit, led by Ms. Rowena T. Acacio, the head of the Community Engagement Service. The event aimed to collect funds for Project ANGELS, an initiative that supports local outreach projects. The performance featured an excellent list of performers, including employees and representatives from several student organizations. Each act showcased the different abilities of the PCC community, generating a sense of community and innovation. Students acknowledged their satisfaction and appreciation for their instructors’ efforts in organizing the event.
