How to set an appointment

  1. Select a date:
    • Desktop - Click on the chosen date.
    • Mobile/Tablet - Long press on the chosen date.
  2. Enter the necessary details. Then, submit the form
  3. Please check your email for your appointment confirmation
  4. Print or take a picture of the QR Code. Show the QR to the guard on duty during your appointment.
